    N84GH is a stunning 2015 PC-12 NG located just outside of Houston in Navasota, TX. N84GH has 1558 hours since new and 576 hours on a factory new 5-blade Hartzell propeller. N84GH has had 2 owners since new and has been professionally-flown its entire life. It’s maintenance has always been performed at Pilatus Service Centers and is scheduled for its annual inspection at Cutter SAT in October 2024 (this will be their first time seeing the aircraft for an annual). Aircraft located at Navasota Municipal Airport (60R) in Navasota, TX (1:10 drive from Houston Intercontinental/George Bush Airport) 2 owners since new and always US-based Complete logbooks, maintenance status sheet, FAA records, and high-resolution photo gallery available by email request Pilatus Service Center maintained Annual inspection at Cutter Aviation San Antonio scheduled for 10/2024 All FAA AD’s in compliance In-flight ice ingestion in 8/2017 caused the engine to be removed and sent to Pratt & Whitney for a FOD inspection/repair. During this process the upper forward cowling was damaged while in the custody of a maintenance facility when another aircraft powered out of its parking spot with the cowling open. The upper forward cowling was replaced with a factory new part.
