Submit your best offer for an item, and the seller will review it. They have the option to accept your offer, decline it, or provide a counter offer. This flexible negotiation process allows you to engage directly with the seller and work towards a mutually beneficial agreement. Bid

Auctions are closing throughout the week. Here are the three types of auctions:

Online Auctions:
Bid at any time, any day of the week, from anywhere in the world. Simply enter the next highest bid until you are the winner. Some auctions have a reserve, while others are “pure sales” with no reserve.

Sealed Auctions:
Unreserved or “pure sale” sealed bid-specified bid amounts are not published. Auctions with a reserve price in sealed bids are not published. Bidders can place multiple bids until the close of the auction. Sealed offer: buyers place a sealed offer on their desired unit of purchase. Sellers then have up to 2 days after the item closes to select the winning offer, unless the auction was a “pure sale,” in which case the item will be awarded to the highest buyer immediately.

On-Site Auctions:
Throughout the year, especially during natural disasters, our team may hold live on-site auctions for assets where you can bid via our live bidding platform. It is strictly online. With live auctions, you can listen to or watch the auction via video live and submit your bids online. If you still can’t do that, the High Bid feature is available to you so that you will never miss out on the action.

Can’t be online when an auction is closing? Place a High Bid!

Submit your maximum bid, and our system will bid the lowest amount required for you to win up to your maximum. Another reason to place a high bid? In the case of a tie, the first high bid placed wins!

Add items to your watch list and get alerts. Add a specific item to your watch list, and you’ll get alerts when the item is accepting bids and before it closes, so you won’t miss it!

Create saved searches. Want to be the first to know when we have new inventory? Save your searches and get alerts when matching items are added to our inventory.

No. All bids placed in any Asset Deal Hub marketplace auction are final and binding. You can always increase, but you can never reduce or rescind your maximum bid amount.

You can view the asset in person at the location by filling out our liability waiver form and scheduling with the location. You can also save time and travel expenses by using our advanced live Quick Inspect AR technology to do a live augmented reality  inspection from the convenience of your phone or computer.

Once your payment for an item has been successfully processed, follow these steps:

1. Review your Item Release Form* (available on your Asset Deal Hub account) for scheduling contact. If your item notes Asset Deal Hub Pickup Support for the seller:

  • a. Call our customer care team as soon as possible.
  • b. We will coordinate a pickup time that is convenient for you and the seller. In the interest of protecting our sellers’ privacy, we provide their address only, and all email and phone communication is through Asset Deal Hub Customer Care.
  • c. Asset Deal Hub will send you a confirmation of the scheduled pickup appointment along with your item release form and an item release code. These are also available for download from your Asset Deal Hub account after purchase and must be presented when picking up your item.

2. If a seller has agreed to release their contact and location information to buyers, you will find it on your item release form available for download from your Asset Deal Hub account. In this case, you can contact the seller directly to arrange pickup.

Unless otherwise noted, Asset Deal Hub will send the title to you within 15 business days after the close of the auction upon full payment. A copy may be available prior for transport arrangemnets. Your title/titling document will be forwarded via a delivery source that will allow you to track your package (Federal Express or some other service). Title inquiries should be sent to info@assetdealhub.com.

Yes, once you purchase an asset we are happy to quote you with the services we provide. In addition, each buyer will gain exclusive access to our Global Vendor Network where we will match you with all types of vendors such as repairs, engines, insurance, fabrication etc…
